Welcome to Dainty Lady, a dedicated site devoted to producing fashionable and comfortable ranges of beautiful lingerie especially for AAA, AA, A and B cups.   Our aim is to provide our customers with the very best possible service, quality and value.   Customers are advised that from time to time some styles and shades may differ slightly from the images shown.   If you have any comments or suggestions we would be delighted to hear from you.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.   Just browse our website and click on any items you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping basket.   When you have finished your selection, click on order and you will be asked for a few details which we need to be able to satisfy your order.   We accept all major Credit and Debit cards.   If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the U.K. place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.   We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.   Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.   You may also send your credit card information by post using our printable order form.   Prices exclude postage and packing which is added to your order on the checkout page.

Credit Card Security

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards.   All credit card payments are processed via Protx and Streamline (Natwest).   Both are authorised card clearing businesses.   When you select payment by Protx you enter your card details via secure pages, (a padlock symbol will appear on the screen which shows it is a secure page.)   The payments are processed via a secure server and your card details are fully encrypted, which means your numbers will not be displayed.   It is more secure than handing over a payment in a shop.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all goods within 28 working days of receiving the order and cleared payment.   We will E-mail you on the day your order is despatched.   At busy times and for some items which are specially made to order, delivery time may be longer.   Please allow up to 28 days for these deliveries.   All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for U.K.   Items for Europe are sent via Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery.   For the rest of the world, despatch is by Courier Service.   Goods are sent in discreet plain wrapping with no reference to the contents.

Back Orders

If your order cannot be delivered within the stated delivery times we will contact you with the option to cancel your order or to give you a new delivery date.

Duty, Customs and Taxes

Please note that orders placed from the U.K or the European Union include 17.5% VAT in the prices shown.   We cannot estimate Customs and Import duties in your Country.   If Import duty is to be paid before Customs Authorities release the goods to you, it is your responsibility to pay these duties and Taxes.   Dainty Lady cannot be held responsible for Customs charges and any delays due to payment not being made in your Country.

GIFT BOX PACKAGING

If you would like to make your order special we offer a gift box option which can include a message if you desire.  Please select the gift box option at the checkout.   The charge for this service is £3.50 which is non refundable should goods be returned.

Guarantee Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our aim.  If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, please return them to us, unworn, and in the original packaging within 7 working days.   On receipt of your returned merchanside we will gladly refund or exchange the goods.   Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means i.e recorded delivery.   Any items not returned by traceable means would mean that Dainty Lady cannot be held responsible for returns which get lost in the post.   Return postage charges will be at the customers own expense unless an item is returned due to being faulty, or and exchange is requested.   If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to refuse to accept the items returned.   Your Statutory rights are not affected.

Cancelling Orders

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time from ordering until seven working days after delivery.   If you wish to do so, please E-mail us at daintylady.co.uk quoting your order no.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your privacy.   We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.   All information is collected through the ordering and registration process and is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.   We only collect information for processing your order and to provide you with the best possible service.   We do not sell our mailing list or pass on customer details to any thrid party.   We do not send random marketing E-mails unless you have given your consent.   We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.   The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.   You can check the information that we hold about you by E-mailing us.   If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.   The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
